This '71 Sprint comes with a strong V8 and a restoration done right. This very clean truck was built right and is an outstanding classic. When you get into a distinct 1971 GMC Sprint packaging you know you have a one of a kind. Not only are these a rare sight today, but 1971 was also the first year for the Sprint name.

They were introduced as GMC's answer to the El Camino and lasted for 2 generations. In the 2nd generation, they were renamed to Cabalerro. It isn't just local history that makes this one grab attention. A solid investment was put into this classic GMC with nice solid body rust free body panels, bright chrome bumpers, and distinctive deep Blue paint. It is topped with a nice clear coat to give it a good shine. The glass is all good with a slight tint. It sits on US Mag wheels with ZR20 tires.

Under the hood of this classic Sprint is a 350 ci Chevy small block V8 that offers plenty of power and runs strong. It features a 850 Holly 4 barrel, 33991492 double hump heads, Crane roller rockers and a 280/480 Comp cam. It has been dressed up very nicely with lots of chrome and a polished serpentine belt system that includes an all new air compressor, alternator and power steering pump. It delivers a great sound through headers into a dual stainless exhaust with large exhaust tips. The car has been completely rewired to factory specs, fused and loomed to last and look the part of a very classy, detailed restoration.

The car starts up well and the 3 speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly and confidently. It was built to be a solid all around driver and hits the road with ease. It has power steering and all new brakes throughout.

Just like the El Camino, the GMC Sprint shares a lot of Chevelle DNA inside. This gives you the seating, dash, carpeting and door panels of a car combined with the usefulness of a truck bed. It has all been redone in Black and is in excellent condition. It has a new stock round gauge cluster combined with a tachometer. An aftermarket retro-styled AM/FM digital tuner stereo has been added to deliver all your favorite tunes. The Vintage AC/heating system works properly with no issues.

This is a very cool classic and you don't see a lot of them done up this nice. It will make someone a great driver and show car.
