MGB 1800 with overdrive and wire wheels, stainless steel exhaust, fitted with the beautiful steel dashboard.... The first MGB (Morris Garage B) was introduced in 1962 as the successor to the MGA. It was one of the most popular British sports cars of its time and remains an icon of the classic British car world to this day. Top speed: around 170 km/h. The MGB had a modern, rigid monocoque construction, unlike the body-on-frame construction of the MGA. Good handling thanks to independent front suspension and a relatively low car weight of 920 kg.
