The Citroën 2CV AK400 Fourgonnette is a small van, with a chassis very similar to that of a 'normal' Citroën 2CV. The engine and interior of the 2CV Fourgonnette are also very similar to those of a 'normal' 2CV. In 1951, Citroën began production of the AU, followed by the AZU in 1954 and later the AZU250, the AK350 and the AK400. In 1979, production of the 2CV Fourgonnette stopped after the last 2CV Fourgonnette, an AZU250, rolled off the production line. 1,246,335 examples were produced.
