This fastback was purchased by the seller in 2019 while stationed Germany for military service, and it was modified in Germany before being returned to the US in February 2023. Work included the installation of Total Control Products front control arms and coilovers, rear lowering springs and adjustable shocks, front disc brakes, and a Borgeson power steering conversion kit. Power is provided by a 289ci V8 equipped with an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, and an MSD distributor, and shifting is through a four-speed manual transmission. The car was refinished in red under prior ownership, and additional equipment includes an aluminum radiator, coated exhaust headers, and 15″ Legendary Wheel Company alloy wheels. This Mustang fastback is now offered with an uninstalled air conditioning kit, a GT-style grille kit.

The warranty number is consistent with a 1966 Mustang Fastback that was built in Dearborn, Michigan and equipped with a 289ci V8. Decoding the trim tag reveals the following information:
