The MGA 1600, introduced in 1959, was a further development of the MGA 1500. With its timeless, low body line and flowing curves, the MGA is often regarded as one of the most beautiful MGs ever built. The model combines classic British sports car charm with practical driving characteristics and a robust technical foundation. The MGA 1600 is distinguished by its low, aerodynamic lines, elegant fenders and classic chrome grille. A characteristic feature of this model are the larger rear lights compared to the 1500. The interior is simple and functional, with leather seats, a metal dashboard with round Smiths instruments and a sporty, thin-spoked steering wheel. The car is equipped with wire wheels and whitewall tyres. The exhaust is made of stainless steel and is maintenance-free.
