First registered in 1992, this Defender started life out as a military vehicle. Having served its time in the military, the new owner decided it was time to give it a new lease of life and converted it into an off-roading “bugout” style camper. Externally the camper is fitted with a 13,500lb Rhino carbons series winch, external plug sockets, shower set-up, alloy wheels shod in BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres, pull-out steps, fold out awning, roof storage, tow bar and LED lights. The vehicle is also finished in durable truck bed textured paint to ensure its protection from any offroad scuffs. Inside this camper is insulated and carpeted and boasts a practical sitting/sleeping area as well as a stove, sink and diesel heater. Lighting and heating controls are well placed by the door's entrance to allow for ease of use.
Supplied with a V5C registration document and ready to be enjoyed. These camper conversions are never cheap to complete and this example is a well thought out and is a practical example. Escape the rat rush and escape on an adventure, even if its only to go fishing! Consigned by Will Penrose
