Estimated Price: £10,000 - £12,000

  • The 2009 BMW HP2 Sport is widely considered the ultimate evolution of the air-cooled "oilhead" boxer engine, representing BMW’s peak factory performance before the launch of the S1000RR superbike. It was produced in extremely limited numbers, with fewer than 400 units made globally during its 2007–2009 production run.
  • Powered by a high-revving 1,170cc DOHC flat-twin boxer engine producing approximately 128–133bhp and 85 lb-ft of torque
  • Unique features include a factory-fitted quickshifter (Shift Assistant) for clutchless upshifts, a MotoGP-style 2D digital racing dashboard and an under-seat Akrapovič exhaust system that exits through a grille in the tail unit
  • This, one-owner bike, has been very well cared for by its mature owner, who is now downsizing his collection as he wants to concentrate on smaller machines
  • The bike has a full service history with BMW and then more recently, the mechanic who had serviced it at Rainbow Motorcycles moved and set up his own independent BMW service shop and continued to look after the bike, so it has been looked after by one single BMW technician all of its life
  • It had a full service in August 2025 but has done less than 60 miles since and is ready to ride and enjoy
  • Supplied with a paddock stand, toolkit and spare brake pads and has plenty of documentation including service invoices, all old MOTs, a fully stamped service book and owners manual, along with a CD repair manual and both sets of keys
  • Accompanied by a current V5C, its current MOT and is running and riding very well indeed
  • A unique opportunity to buy a one-owner BMW HP2 in excellent condition that is ready to enjoy.
