The 1984-1989 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 features a 3.2-litre air-cooled flat-six engine, producing 231 bhp and 209 lb-ft of torque. It achieves 0-60 mph in roughly 6.1 seconds with a top speed of 152 mph. It is highly regarded for its classic G-model styling.

This particular Carrera was originally registered in Europe before coming to the UK in 1989, and is therefore left hand drive; just a Porsche intended.

The 911 is described by its owner of 21 years as “mechanically sound and could be driven with confidence, some paint chips, light marks and scratches, as you would expect from a car of this age but nothing serious”.

A complete original tool kit, jack and tyre compressor accompany a very large and impressive history file, which supports the diligent maintenance history.

Fitted with rare and sought after Cup wing mirrors and Fuchs wheels, the Porsche presents as a very honest and genuinely cared for 911 3.2.

The engine bay looks clean and well maintained and doesn't appear to have any fluid / oil leaks. It starts on the button with no running issues evident during its time with us. Recent clutch, alternator, stainless sports exhaust, turbo tie rods, fuel injectors overhauled and intake manifold gasket replaced, as well as many other associated parts.

At some time in 2003, it was recorded as a ‘Category C’ - what the damage was we are not sure, but it is thought to have been purely cosmetic and whatever repairs were carried out were obviously done properly as there appears to be little evidence of any previous damage.

PLEASE NOTE: This Lot is recorded on HPI as ‘Category C Insurance Loss. Vehicle Extensively Damaged But Repairable - Insurer Decided Not To Repair 15/06/2003’.
