Hilton & Moss are delighted to present this wonderful Ferrari 575M Maranello F1. A car that perfectly encapsulates a cherished chapter of Ferrari’s front-engined V12 grand tourers in their most analogue and charismatic form.
Introduced as the evolution of the revered 550 Maranello, the 575M (“Modificata”) refined the formula with increased power, enhanced usability, and the option of Ferrari’s then-advanced F1 electrohydraulic transmission. The result is a car that bridges the gap between classic Ferrari feel and modern usability, without diluting the theatre.
At its heart lies a glorious 5.75-litre naturally aspirated V12, producing 533bhp in the Handling Pack variant, and a spine-tingling soundtrack that only a Maranello-era Ferrari can deliver. Power is sent to the rear wheels via the F1 gearbox, offering rapid, mechanical shifts at the pull of a paddle, transforming the character of the car from refined grand tourer to engaging driver’s machine in an instant.
Visually, the 575M remains one of Ferrari’s most elegant designs. Penned by Pininfarina, its long bonnet, muscular haunches and perfectly judged proportions exude understated aggression. Subtle revisions over the 550, including larger air intakes and updated detailing, give the 575M a more purposeful stance while retaining timeless appeal.
Inside, the cabin is a masterclass in traditional Ferrari craftsmanship. Supple leather, Daytona-style seating, and a driver-focused cockpit create an environment that is both luxurious and purposeful. The F1 transmission adds a layer of motorsport-derived intrigue, while maintaining comfort and usability for longer journeys.
In total, 2,056 575M were produced, with an estimated 250 cars delivered to the UK. The example offered here today is presented in Blu Tour De France, with silver wheels and red brake calipers. The interior is finished in Crema leather throughout in excellent condition.
Supplied new on January 24th, 2003 by JCT600 Brooklands Ferrari in Leeds, the car has covered less than 40,400 miles and benefits from an extensively documented service history with Ferrari main dealers. The most recent service having been carried out in May 2025 By Carrs of Exeter Ferrari at 40,120 miles, which included a cam belt replacement.
Notably, this car is specified with the Fiorano Handling Pack from factory, as well as featuring its complete leather-bound tool kit, book pack with Ferrari Torch.
Increasingly sought after, the 575M represents outstanding value within the world of V12 Ferraris. As one of the last truly analogue front-engined Ferraris, it offers a purity of driving experience that is becoming ever more desirable amongst collectors and enthusiasts alike.
