Ford Escort 2.0 Pinto

The Ford Escort we are presenting is a 1975 model, prepared to replicate the legendary Ford Escort RS2000, maintaining the character and aesthetics of the iconic Escort racing cars. Mechanically, this example is equipped with a Ford Pinto 2000cc 205 block engine, prepared with forged pistons and connecting rods, delivering 184 hp measured on a dynamometer, offering performance far superior to the original and a clearly sporty handling.

The transmission is handled by a Ford T9 gearbox, equipped with a short shift, allowing for shorter, faster and more precise gear changes. It also features a limited-slip differential. The chassis features coilover suspension, providing greater control, stability and tuning possibilities for more demanding and dynamic driving. The body has also been reinforced, increasing structural rigidity and ensuring more solid and effective handling, befitting the vehicle's mechanical preparation.
