At the 1968 Tokyo Moto Show, Honda presented the brand-new CB750 Four, the amazing bike that revolutionized the two-wheeled sector, carving a path that all other motorcycle manufacturers followed in the future. 4-stroke, four-cylinder front-facing engine with single overhead camshaft distribution, the first four-cylinder motorcycle with an electric starter to be mass-produced.

The equipment was completed by a generous chassis with a double cradle frame in steel tubes, front tele-hydraulic fork, rear swinging arm with a pair of tele-hydraulic shock absorbers, hydraulically operated 296mm single front disc brake, 180mm diameter rear drum, 19” front wheel, 18” rear wheel. The specimen offered belongs to the first series, named K0, whose die-casting of the engine crankcases—finished imperfectly because Honda had to meet an unexpected and extremely high demand for this model—makes them similar to sand-cast crankcases.

Preserved, in perfect condition, a milestone of motorcycling. A general check is recommended before use.
