SENZA DOCUMENTI – WITHOUT DOCUMENTS
At the end of 1979, Giancarlo Morbidelli, a skilled industrialist from Pesaro specialized in woodworking machines and passionate about racing motorcycles, who had already started his own brand producing successful 50cc and 125cc motorcycles in speed competitions, combined his expertise with Benelli Armi to create MBA (Morbidelli Benelli Armi). This partnership brought the brand 8 world titles, 14 national titles, and 7 continental successes. The most representative and successful model was equipped with a 2-stroke twin-cylinder engine with rotary disc intake and 6-speed gearbox in a steel trellis frame, combined with the best-quality components available at the time.
The proposed model is a 1985 VR 125 Cantilever with rear mono-shock, previously owned by rider Anton Slegl, who raced it successfully in the Czech National Championship; it has been updated with non-original components such as rims and brakes, now featuring a Yamaha vented front disc like the rest of the system. Preserved, complete, in fair condition. A general check-up is recommended before use.
