Among the most revered homologation specials of the Group A era, the Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione represents the ultimate expression of Lancia's rally-bred engineering. This car is one of the earliest examples from the limited run of approximately 250 with the “Sacca Intercooler,” which sprayed water onto the intercooler for added cooling capacity. It was notably specified without sunroof, air conditioning, or ABS, fortifying its purist and competition-focused character. Inside, the Recaro seats with grey Alcantara, while the car remarkably retains its factory-fitted Pirelli P Zero tires with 1991 date codes, along with its original brake pads, a compelling testament to its preservation.
Delivered new through a small dealership in Forlì operated by a Lancia mechanic, the car was reportedly acquired as part of a factory relationship program, then registered in 1991 and retained in showroom storage, effectively unused. In 2014, it entered the collection of noted Delta specialist Paolo Tulissi of Udine, before being acquired by its current owner in 2022.
Accompanied by two keys and its owner's manuals still preserved in original plastic, the car further benefits from service in preparation for sale that includes replacement of the timing belt, with all the original components saved and accompanying the car. Acquisition VAT is payable by the Buyer upon arrival of the Lot in the EU destination country.
