The 1960 Bedford J3 Truck is a classic British light commercial vehicle known for its simple engineering and dependable performance. Popular with trades and delivery fleets, it featured a practical cab-forward design and sturdy chassis. Today, surviving examples are appreciated for their vintage charm and nostalgic connection to post-war transport.

Originally registered in 1960, this green Bedford J3 Truck has been with the same family since new. It was restored in 1990, a process which involved galvanising the chassis and fitting new wings, front bumper and a new wooden dropside body, followed by a full respray. DfT test certificates show that it was on the road in the 1990s, but it has been stored in a barn since 1998. It is presented with spare keys, a 1969 plating certificate regarding the vehicle's weights, and the V5 registration document which indicates only one change of keeper in 2013, when it passed from A. J. Ward to P. D. Ward. Consigned by Dominic Lake
