  • The 1957 BSA B33 was one of the last and most refined versions of BSA’s big pre-unit single-cylinder road bikes. It represented the peak of the classic British 'thumper' before twins and later unit-construction motorcycles took over the market
  • With a top speed of around 80mph, by 1957 the B33 had evolved into a very comfortable touring motorcycle and featured full chain enclosure to reduce maintenance, better road manners than earlier rigid or plunger models, an improved swingarm frame and full-width alloy hubs
  • An older restoration, this well-presented example has been in our vendor's collection for 22 years and he is only selling as health concerns mean that he is no longer able to ride
  • Used regularly up until recently, the bike is reported as running and riding well. It's an easy starter and benefits from electronic ignition. Recent new front brake linings, remains a very standard bike, with the exception of a Gold Star 8" brake fitted which improves stopping power
  • Supplied with a current V5C
