Great opportunity for the hobbyist and even better for someone with friends in the paint trade.

Only 4 previous owners, last owner since 2017. (Two owners’ father and son in same family).

This is a driven car with regular trips to Scotland, tours of the continent and some really good service history including emerald ecu, engine rebuild with Powers top hat and seat refurbishment.

The chassis is excellent and has had outriggers replaced in the past. The engine is fabulous and mated to the early T77 gearbox. MOT is till 30th April 2027.

The interior has had elements retrimmed and like the exterior from 5 feet looks great.

So why such a low price and why is it a project?

The biggest issue is the paint, it has two long scratches on the boot, another along the sill of the passenger door and the bonnet has some blistering.

The interior dash has been wrapped and is starting to curl in places.

Mechanically the car would need works for us to warranty that’s not viable with the paint. This includes items like the wiper wiring connector needs replacing, no tell tale fog on the dash, engine mounts need replacing, oil pressure switch leaking and differential pinion seal appears to be leaking and some other time related items.

The milage is low as it was stored from 2000 till 23/03/2016 when it had a £9,044, 12000 mile service and recommissioning works including outrigger and suspension arms and bush replacement. Protech Shock absorbers and springs we fitted along with carpets etc.

Great project for someone and drives really nicely. Car can be driven away.
