- Moto Guzzi are one of the oldest European motorcycle manufacturers, established in 1921 and still producing bikes today

- Rescued by the Italian government in the early 1960s and were back to full strength in the 1970s with the likes of the 850 Le Mans and other V-twin models
- The lightweight 125 Stornello (Little Starling) was designed by legendary race bike engineer, Giulio Carcano, as a modern, youthful, and efficient utilitarian vehicle
- This correct numbers early example is presented in restored condition, has run but will require some recommissioning before road use
