Ordered directly through Mercedes-Benz AG in Stuttgart on 11 January 2023, this G 63 4x4² was built through Mercedes-AMG's G MANUFAKTUR bespoke personalization program, the first time a G-Class variant had been offered that way. The factory positioned the 4x4² as a limited-production model and the last of its kind. It paired a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 rated at 585 PS and 850 Nm of torque with portal axles like those used on the 6x6. The new axles raised ground clearance by 113 millimeters to 351 millimeters and extended wading depth to 910 millimeters, giving it off-road capability well beyond the standard G 63.

Its original invoice shows that it was specified in G MANUFAKTUR Graphite Metallic with a Classic Red and Black Nappa leather interior, complemented by the AMG Night Package II's high-gloss black exterior trim and typography. Equipment specified included the AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension, the AMG Speedshift TCT nine-speed transmission, and the SUPERIOR Line interior with Burmester surround sound, an Active Multicontour seat package, ENERGIZING comfort control, and diamond-stitched Rautendesign leather trim, along with twenty-two-inch AMG forged wheels, a carbon engine cover and exterior trim, a 360-degree camera system, a heated windshield, a digital interior mirror, a PROFESSIONAL roof rack, and the GUARD 360° Vehicle Protection Plus. Equipment beyond the vehicle's €157.350 base specification added €109.556 to the list price, and with VAT included, the total invoiced price came to €317.618,14.

Now showing just 59 kilometers at cataloging, this G 63 4x4² remains in essentially as delivered, near new condition throughout. Built to order, it offers one of the most thoroughly specified examples of AMG's most extreme G-Class, every bit as capable well off the pavement as on it.
