- The Economy is an interesting snapshot of 1980s Czechoslovak engineering and though it looks quite basic, but it wasn't just an old design thrown together, but had in fact electronic ignition, an automatic clutch, proper suspension, indicators, brake lights, horn and large wheels
- Back in 1991 our vendor purchased four brand-new Jawa mopeds, as he had just bought the first tranche of 'H' prefix cherished registration numbers and, at the time, they had to be assigned to a vehicle (now a Retention Document V778). He therefore bought the mopeds for that purpose
- One was used on the road, whereas the remaining three have remained in their original boxes up until now and this bike is one of the brand-new 'boxed' bikes
- They have all just been assembled and the three boxed examples have been run for the first time. All four have been MOT'd and the registration numbers put onto retention (please note that at the time of sale all bikes will be registered with a UK age-related number and not the ones shown)
