- The Honda VFR400R NC24 is a second-generation, Japanese-market 399cc sports bike celebrated for introducing endurance racing technology to a highly collectable, lightweight platform
- Produced around 1987–1988, the NC24 followed the earlier VFR400R NC21 and preceded the better-known NC30. Its standout feature was Honda's Pro-Arm single-sided rear swingarm, inspired by ELF racing technology and this design became one of the defining characteristics of Honda's larger VFR sports-tourers and superbikes too
- A high revving engine combined with sublime handling were all hallmarks that made the NC24 the legend it is today
- This example is one of the later models in the run and benefits from a large amount of work on the bike, undertaken by our vendor who is an enthusiast of this model
- Work included a new Hagon rear shock, new brakes and calliper re-build, new cush rubbers in the rear sprockets, cleaned and re-built carburettors with new gaskets and jets, along with a new Pipercross air filter and a difficult to find new exhaust collector box
- In addition, it benefits from new tyres and the bike has been fully serviced with fresh fluids and filters throughout
- Very well presented in the desirable Rothmans racing replica paint scheme
- The bike comes with a current V5C and is freshly MOT'd, expiring in October 2027
- A super opportunity to purchase a well sorted VFR400R, that is running and riding and ready to enjoy
