The 1967-1972 Chevrolet and GMC C10s would almost surely be voted Most Popular in the classic truck world and it's easy to see why. They are stylish, easy to work on, comfortable, powerful, and in this case well-optioned.
This 1968 GMC C10 is a short bed with a 383 Stroker V8 engine, 3-speed automatic transmission, cold A/C, power steering, and power front disc brakes. Add to that a custom two-tone interior, radial tires on aluminum wheels, spray in bedliner, and AM/FM/CD player and you've got one heck of a cruiser!
The engine inhales through a Pro Comp aluminum intake topped with an Edelbrock AVS2 4-barrel carburetor. It exhales through full-length headers running to dual exhaust which exit behind the rear tires. An aluminum radiator keeps it all cool while CPP brakes provide the stopping power.
A roll pan out back and shaved door handles give this truck a slick look to compliment the aggressive stance. Inside you will find a custom two-tone interior, wood steering wheel with flames on the spokes and the horn button, a tachometer, and an upgraded radio. The shifter has been moved to the floor with a push button knob and custom shift boot to tie it all together. Tinted windows help keep it cool in the Florida sun and the cold A/C means you be will comfortable even during the hottest months of car show season.
