This Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Pick-Up has a special history: it served as a hose truck with the fire department in Denmark before being purchased in Northern Germany in December 2011 (purchase invoice available). In 2012, the car underwent a body-off restoration. Because part of the cargo bed was missing at the time, a closed cargo bed was fitted. Years later, the missing original cargo bed parts were eventually found, after which the cargo bed was fully restored to its original condition between 2023 and 2026. The cabin has never been welded: all exterior body parts were completely stripped and repainted, with deliberate care taken to ensure that the original spot welds in all cabin parts remained visible—clear proof that this is not a patched-up vehicle. The upholstery is virtually original, except for the headliner and the driver's seat. The winch and four-wheel drive function well, the shift hubs on the front axle run smoothly, and all parts of the cab and cargo bed are secured with stainless steel screws.
