Built from 1968 to 1972 the Thunderbolt was supposed to be the ‘Touring’ model in the line up of BSA unit construction 650cc bikes, fitted with a single Amal carburettor it produced 46bhp and a gave a top speed of 104 mph.
This matching number example was imported from Oakridge, Tennessee USA in 2012 and subsequently underwent restoration work here the UK, being road registered 1st April 2015, but declared manufactured 1971.
Showing 3,394 miles it remains in generally good condition and is in good running order. Supplied with USA cert. of title and UK V5C logbook.
