This stunning 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 was purchased in 2016 as a “barn find”, it had been sitting under a tarpaulin for over 40years in a heated workshop! The car was subsequently dismantled and subject to a complete nut & bolt restoration. The majority of parts have been retained and overhauled. Only those parts beyond repair have been replaced and those have been original or remanufactured parts courtesy of marque specialist Aston Service Dorset. The car was repainted in its original colour of Moonbeam Grey and its interior redone in leather to original specification.

This car, Chassis number LML/640 was delivered new in late November 1954 by agent Cyril Williams (Motors) of Wolverhampton to the engineering firm Delson and Company of nearby Alvechurch, on behalf of Mr. K.C. (Ken) Delingpole. Ken Delingpole was a prominent pre-war trials competitor and co-founder of respected road-going trials, rally and hill-climb car maker Dellow Motors Ltd.
Finished in Sierra Blue, this car has not only received a documented restoration by the Aston Martin factory but also a recent concours-quality restoration by marque experts. The car has been subject to a total body off restoration with detailed photographs of the work carried out. The engine was rebuilt by Oselli and gearbox and axle overhauled by BPA Engineering. The car is now finished in Aston martin Racing Green with a light tan leather interion, just stunning. The attention to details on the restoration is just amazing, it is just a work of art, faultless in every way.
New original exhaust manifolds Silver Shadow / T, and Silver Spirit / Mulsanne
One of the 140 DB6 Volantes built, chassis number '3659/R' was completed on 26th October 1967 and supplied via H R Owen (Bradway Autos) on 17th November of that year. The car left the factory equipped with automatic transmission, power assisted steering, chrome wheels, three-ear hubcaps, 3.54:1 limited-slip differential, powered aerial, and two seatbelts. It was originally finished in Autumn Gold, and first registered as 'OYV 162F' in London.
This excellent example of a jaguar XK150 S Drophead coupe has been totally restored, was delivered in 1955 to Rossleigh in Edinburgh. Original right hand drive manual car with over drive with all matching numbers and original colour and trimm specification, just perfect in every way.. Stunning car with great history.
This particular totally restored example has been subject to a total a full body off restoration and fitted with a FULL aluminium body and painted perfectly in silver finish. All body shapes are totally correct and all fixtures and fittings are superbly placed. The engine has been rebuilt along with the gearbox and axle, all mechanical items, brakes, steering and suspension are faultless. The interior has been faultlessly trimmed along with the new Mohair hood. This is an outstanding example, never to be replaced.
